As a METABOLIC LIFESTYLE client, you will be assigned a coach, who will contact you to learn more about your goals, and help create a plan through proper physical activity levels (number of strength training, nutritional guidance and supplementation) that can help you reach your goals. Once the plan is in place, you are off to the races!
