Former D1 athlete. I'm currently on my own macro journey prepping for my wedding in May of 2022!
favorite food: Lobster or cereal
activities: anything that involves socializing with friends and family, I play in a lacrosse league over the summer (never hanging it up!!!!) I snowmobile in the winter.

I love to help people with everything. Weight loss, muscle gain, well most of all feel better.
I don’t think fruit belongs on pizza.
Mint and chocolate together makes no sense to me.

His favorite dish is chicken parm, pasta, and garlic bread. James is an avid sports fan and watches every Yankee game and never misses a RedZone Sunday. His coaching style works best with clients who are mentally prepared to make a change and put in the work.

I am a wife and mother to two long hair dachshunds, Lucini & Nino.
My favorite food is anything sweet; cookies, brownies, anything chocolate.
When I am not coaching, I am at home cooking or cuddling with my dogs.

I love to help people make the connection between the gym and their nutrition. Macros is an awesome tool to change the way you look, but most importantly change the way you feel and create a better relationship with food. Macros can help to increase your strength, boost your endurance, retrain your metabolism, and give you more energy during your day.
Fun fact about me: I once ate 21 McDonald’s chicken nuggets in one sitting, yes you can still eat chicken nuggets while tracking your macros!
My favorite food is a toss up between chicken parm from Nonna Maria’s, enchiladas with extra green sauce from panchos, or chocolate chip waffles made right in my kitchen.
My favorite activities include outdoor walks, going to the park, taking naps, spending money on things I definitely do not need, and exploring the world in search of the best coffee in the planet- shout out Graham’s coffee and Utica coffee, respectfully.
